NexusChat is an AI-powered SaaS customer support platform that allows businesses to create intelligent chatbots for their websites. The platform helps companies automate customer communication while still enabling human support when necessary.

Users can create a workspace, invite team members, and manage multiple customer support properties such as websites or brands.
🌐 Website Integration
When a user adds their website or brand as a property, the system generates an embed script tag. By placing this script before the closing </body> tag of the website, the AI chatbot automatically appears on the website.
🤖 AI & Human Hybrid Support
The chatbot can operate in two modes:
- AI Mode – AI responds to visitors automatically.
- Manual Mode – Human team members respond to chats.
The AI supports multilingual conversations and responds naturally in the visitor's language.
🎫 Smart Escalation System
If the AI detects that the visitor requires human support, the system automatically:
- Creates a support ticket
- Activates auto-escalation
- Transfers the conversation to a human team member
